  • Tim Camisa and Mike Rooney, VOR Inc, leased a 4,800-square-foot warehouse on Wilder Drive, St. Albans, VT, to Seth Douglas and Zachary Morain, 802 Baseball Lab LLC. Brad Worthen and Kendra Kenney, Pomerleau Real Estate, represented the landlord and assisted both parties with the transaction.
  • Chris Noyes, 5070 Main Street LLC, leased a 3,100-square-foot office building at 5070 Main St, Waitsfield, VT, to Steiner eOptics, Miamisburg, OH. Brad Worthen, Pomerleau, represented the landlord and assisted both parties with the transaction.
  • The Rev Stephen Barry, The Ridge Inc, sold a commercial and residential complex at 2252 Ridge Road Road, Brookfield, VT, to SGT Holdings LLC. Brad Worthen, Pomerleau Real Estate, represented the seller and assisted both parties with the transaction.

  • Colchester School District has leased 5,500 square feet at 59 Rathe Road, Colchester, VT. Kendra Kenney, Pomerleau Real Estate, represented the Colchester School District; Mike Provost, Donahue & Associates, represented the building owner, LMJ LLC.  
  • Hive & Honey has signed a lease for 1,500 square feet at the Bailey Building, 7 Main St, Montpelier, VT. This is new location for Hive & Honey, which will open in early 2022. Kendra Kenney, Pomerleau Real Estate, represented both the building owner and the tenant.
