V/T Commercial closes several real estate deals

Vermont Business Magazine V/T Commercial in Burlington has announced several new commercial real estate transactions it recently closed:
  • Maximus signed a lease for 5,189 square feet at White Cap Business Park, 426 Industrial Avenue, Williston.  Bill Kiendl and Yves Bradley handled the transaction.
  • River Rock Treatment signed a lease at 125 College Street with One Hundred Twenty-Five College Street, LLC.  Linda I Letourneau and Yves Bradley brokered the transaction.
  • Burlington Acupuncture signed a lease for 2,110 square feet at the Maltex Building, 431 Pine Street, Burlington  Linda I Letourneau brokered the transaction.
  • Kleentech has relocated to 200 Boyer Circle, Williston where it signed a 4-year lease for 5,200 square feet with the Rieley Cohen Partnership, LLC  Tony Blake assisted both parties in this lease
  • Love & Death Tattoo, LLC has opened a new tattoo parlor and art studio in 2,944 square feet at 125 South Winooski Avenue, Burlington with Breck-Hilker, LLC  Tony Blake assisted both parties in this lease
  • Silly Dreams Properties, LLC acquired a free-standing 5,040 square foot office building at 147 Allen Brook Lane, Williston from Black Dog Holding, LLC  Linda I Letourneau represented the seller in this transaction
  • Peck Electric leased 12,725 square feet of office and warehouse space at 400 Avenue D, Williston from Unsworth Properties, LLC  John Beal assisted the tenant and the landlord in this lease
  • Unsworth Properties, LLC leased 3,125 square feet of flex space at 400 Avenue D, Williston to Hop and Stuff, Inc.  John Beal managed this transaction
  • Raintree, LLC leased retail space at 101 Church Street, Burlington from Olsen Holdings, Inc.  Yves Bradley and John Beal negotiated this lease
  • South Burlington VT I FGF, LLC acquired a 53,500 square foot office building at 124 Technology Park Way, South Burlington from 124 Technology Park Way, LLC  This sale was handled by multiple brokers including Tony Blake, Bill Kiendl and John Beal
  • James Olsen Holdings, Inc. acquired a multi-tenant building at 2 Monsignor Crosby Avenue, Montpelier  John Beal represented the buyer is this sale
  • New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, d/b/a AT&T signed a new three-year lease at 305 S. Main Street, Barre with Malone Properties  Tony Blake represented the  tenant in this lease
  • TD Bank executed a five-year lease extension with O'Brien Brothers, LLC at 1885 Williston Road, South Burlington  Bill Kiendl assisted the tenant
  • UBS Financial Services, Inc. agreed to a lease extension at 38 Eastwood Drive, South Burlington with Sixty Farrell Street Associates, LLC  Tony Blake represented the tenant
  • 110 Elm LLC leased its 3200 SF building at 110 Elm Court, Colchester to Mansfield Provisions  Linda I Letourneau brokered the transaction.
  • Fox Run at Okemo, an 11,523 square foot resort development on 18.63 acres, at 262 Fox Lane, Ludlow, was sold to Divided Sky Foundation.  Linda I Letourneau brokered the transaction.
  • Black Bay Ventures XIV, LLC leased 26,400 square feet at 19 Thompson Drive, Essex to an international development lab. Tony Blake and John Beal handled the lease.
  • Rossie's Confections, LLC leased space from Sisters & Brothers Investment Group, LLP at 7 West Canal Street, Winooski.  Linda I Letourneau assisted both parties.
