The Vermont District has been named the 2006 District of the Year among KeyBank NA's 23 districts nationwide. The award recognizes the highest ranking district based on overall financial performance, service to clients and commitment to community.

BURLINGTON, Vt.--Champlain College will confer honorary degrees on two prominent Vermont residents at its 129th Commencement on May 5, 2007. The Board of Trustees of Champlain College selected retiring Saint Michael's College President Marc A. vanderHeyden and Champlain College Trustee Emeritus Lola P. Aiken for this honor.
Aiken and vanderHeyden will be awarded honorary doctoral degrees from the private, professionally focused college.
Additionally, vanderHeyden will deliver the Commencement Address at Champlain College's ceremony.

Montpelier - The Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund ( announced today that Janice St. Onge has been named its new Deputy Director.
Ms. St. Onge replaces Ed Delhagen who served as the organization's Deputy Director for 7 years and who recently joined the staff of the Asia Foundation to work on a special project in Mongolia. Ms. St. Onge will begin her duties on Monday, March 19.

To Tour the State
Burlington, VT--Young Vermonters will have the spontaneous opportunity to create music when the Vermont Symphony Orchestra hits the road with its biannual orchestral youth concert tour April 2-6.
The SymphonyKids concert is a reprise of the popular program "CREATE!" which premiered in December of 2005 at the Flynn Center in Burlington.
David Ludwig, the VSO's New Music Advisor, will again be the emcee.
