Join Vermont outdoor employers and educators on Monday, November 1 from 8:30 - 10:30 am for a virtual forum on the needs for the outdoor workforce now and in the future.


Learn about trends and opportunities and discuss solutions in facilitated break out sessions for:

  • Sector occupations in the technical trades (bike mechanics, ski technicians, trail builders) as well as gear and apparel manufacturing, among others; and,
  • Recruitment, retention, education & training, seasonality, and hiring for diversity.
