10th VT Web Marketing Summit addresses the State of Digital on Nov 12, Hilton, Burlington
The VT Web Marketing Summit started in 2010 with only 80 attendees and a goal to instill a digital mindset to marketing professionals in the region. For almost a decade now, thousands of marketers have trusted VT Web Marketing Summit to deliver actionable, brand-agnostic tactics. Today, it is recognized as one of the leading conferences that delivers some of the boldest, brightest, and immersive digital trends, strategies, challenges and success stories. A brainchild of Curve Trends Marketing, a digital marketing firm based in Vermont, this year’s summit attempts to address the current state of digital marketing.
To commemorate the 10th Web Market Summit on Nov 12th, at Hilton, Burlington, this year’s format will feature two Keynote presentations.
A panel of national marketing thought leaders and expert analysts will present the Keynotes, both regarding the Summit’s theme of the “State of Digital.” The speakers will discuss their thoughts on the current trends and direction of digital marketing, while also offering insight on each brand's digital inspirations, customer receptivity, disruptions, highlights and most importantly, future voice.
The keynote panels will be moderated by Tim Volk of KSV and Bibi Mukherjee of Curve Trends Marketing and include national marketing leaders such as Reid Greenberg of Bag Balm, Alex Langshur of Cardinal Path, Tom Funk of Gardner’s Supply Company, Daniel Morrison of Aimclear, Sarah Thomson of Concept2, Dave Gibson of Propeller Media Works, and Social Media Strategist and Consultant Alex Tursi.
Breakout sessions will include leading speakers from Cardinal Path, Gardner’s Supply Company, Middlebury College, Propeller Media Works, and Aimclear. The breakout sessions will expand on the “State of Digital” Keynote Panel, with four different sessions regarding social media, design, advertising, and analytics. The conference has always been a sponsor free environment. It is supported by Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce, the Vermont Business Magazine and Search Engine Marketers of New England (SEMNE).
“Though the conference has grown many folds over the last few years, our goal has stayed the same,” says Bibi Mukherjee, Founder & Principal of Curve Trends Marketing. “The summit is about learning, networking and sharing the challenges, trends, and successes, while implementing the best takeaways.” The summit also continues to serve as a networking platform throughout the day for the attendees. The post-event mixer will additionally allow attendees to socialize as well as share perspectives and insights from the day.
