Mercy Connections is excited to announce that their annual Mercy Marketplace will be held on December 8, 2018, from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at Main Street Landing in the Lake Lobby.
Come buy your holiday gifts and support our participants. They will be selling homemade crafts, food, original artwork, music, books, jewelry and more. All income from sales goes directly to participants.
Mercy Marketplace is an entrepreneurial initiative of the Mercy Connections Education & Transition and Women’s Small Business Programs. Participants are taught skills in pricing, inventory, sales, customer service, professionalism, and more over six class sessions and their learning culminates in this annual vendor fair.
This event is made possible through a Community Development Block Grant, KeyBank Foundation, TD Charitable Foundation, VSECU WeCare2 program, and our host sponsor, Main Street Landing. This program is supported by the Burlington Community & Economic Development Office and the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.
Mercy Connections is an educational values-driven non-profit organization living the legacy of the Sisters of Mercy with an enduring concern for women.
