Barre, VT – Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice (CVHHH) is excited to announce that registration is open for the 23rd Annual Hospice Memorial Golf Tournament. The event will be held on Friday, June 21 at the Country Club of Barre. All proceeds from the event support CVHHH’s hospice program.

“We look forward to another successful golf tournament and to raising money for our hospice program,” says Kim Farnum, Director of Community Relations & Development. “Many of us have used hospice services and know first-hand the difference hospice can make for patients and families. CVHHH offers hospice services to all central Vermonters wherever they call home, including in the nursing home, and provides care regardless of a person’s ability to pay. Philanthropic support from the community makes it possible for us to continue to provide this valuable service.”
