South Burlington, VT – The Humane Society of Chittenden County is gearing up for their first-ever Paws for the Cause Auction, a virtual silent & live auction of items from local Vermont businesses. Bidding for the silent auction starts on February 15, 2021 and will take place up until the exciting live auction on February 25, 2021. There is no fee or ticket required for this event and all proceeds will support HSCC’s many programs & services, which help rehome over 1000 animals per year; provide resources to help keep pets with the families who love them; offer humane education for all ages; and much more.

HSCC is currently accepting donations of high-value items (including gift cards, artisan goods, jewelry, and new handbags) from local businesses to support this event. Auction items will be accepted until February 5, 2021.
