Are You Prepared? The 86th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Mountain) has aligned with the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, New York.  Their periods of training will increase incrementally over the next four years as part of ongoing readiness training.  Employers are encouraged to prepare to support their citizen warriors and their spouses who will become “single parents” while their loved one is away.  Airmen may also need additional training time as the Vermont Air National Guard’s “Green Mountain Boys” move closer to receipt of the F-35 fighter aircraft.

Join us for breakfast and learn more about the upcoming commitments of Vermont’s Guardsmen and Reservists by attending one of our regional employer town hall meetings beginning in March 2017. These town hall meetings, hosted by Vermont’s ESGR, will feature Vermont’s Adjutant General, Major General Steven Cray.
