Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern Vermont (HBRANV), has announced the Better Homes Award (BHA) winners at the ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center Leahy Center for Lake Champlain last night. With over 200 people attending, it was a wonderful night filled with laughter, celebration and encouragement that the building industry is back!
Governor Peter Shumlin was in attendance and spoke to the group about membership, how important building and construction are to the economy and over $1 million new homes are expected to be built by 2015 according to National Association of Home Builders, which is good news.
They honored winners, entrants and members during the course of the evening. Board President, Brad Dousevicz, kept things on track throughout the evening as the emcee and Meaghan Cormier of HBRANV, Director of Membership and Events did an outstanding job organizing the venue and the evening.
