Seventeen Downs Rachlin Martin attorneys named to New England Super Lawyers lists

Thirteen Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC attorneys have been named to the 2017 New England Super Lawyers list and four DRM attorneys have been named to the Rising Stars list according to the publisher of the list. The selections were announced on Oct. 17. Attorneys named to the Rising Stars list are David F Harlow of the Brattleboro office, and Kathryn M Foley, Samantha Lednicky and Jennifer McDonald of the Burlington Office. Harlow was named for employment litigation. Foley was cited for intellectual property work. Lednicky was recognized for general litigation and McDonald was cited for civil litigation.

The 13 attorneys named to the New England Super Lawyers list, along with their office location and practice area are as follows: from the Brattleboro office R Bradford Fawley was selected for intellectual property litigation; selected from Burlington were Andre D Bouffard, Thomas H Moody and Paul H Ode, Jr, bankruptcy and business law; Marc B Heath, Walter E Judge, Jr, Robert B Luce, Robert D Rachlin and Christopher Roy, business litigation; Lawrence H Meier, intellectual property law and Wm Roger Prescott, tax law; in St Johnsbury, Attorney John H Marshall was chosen for the list in utilities law and Bruce C Palmer was selected for insurance coverage law.

Each year no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in a state are chosen for the Rising Stars list and no more than five percent are selected for the Super Lawyers list by the research team at Super Lawyers.
