Okemo Mountain Resort is proud to announce the 2012-2013 winter season Peak Performer Award recipients. This title is bestowed upon employees in recognition of their exceptional service to resort guests and fellow employees.
This year’s Peak Performers are: Heidi Austin, Jackson Gore Resort Services; Pamela Bowman, Resort Services; Terry Carey, Ski + Ride School; Mike Doran, Jackson Gore Real Estate and Development; Eric Evans, Competition Center; Sharon Funaro, Snowsports Shop; Mike Garger, Grooming; Matt Hawthorne, Snow Stars; Juliette Kapitan, Lodging; Roy Larsen, Facilities Operations; Carol Laundry, Coleman Brook Tavern; Mike Metaxas, Culinary Services; Kyle Michaud, Lift Operations; Jaycob Palmer, Vehicle Maintenance; Richard Paul, Lift Operations; Andrew Rasmus, Snowsports Shop; Richard Reid, Coleman Brook Tavern; Mandy Smith, Culinary Services; and Jan Trzesiara, Mountain Operations.

Through service, one of Okemo Mountain Resort’s core values, Resort employees strive to exceed guest expectations and respect every internal and external guest. The criteria used to select recipients of the Peak Performer Award include giving the “Extra One Percent” to guests, going above and beyond the call of duty, and acting as a role model for fellow co-workers.
