Ryan Cloutier, LS has joined VHB as a Survey Manager in the firm’s growing South Burlington, Vermont office. In this role, Cloutier will provide overall program management for the Vermont office’s survey team and expand the suite of survey services offered to our state, municipal, and private sector clients. “We are thrilled to grow our Vermont Survey team with talented professional like Ryan,” noted Dave Saladino, PE, AICP, Managing Director of VHB’s South Burlington office. “He brings in-depth experience managing a wide range of survey and right-of-way projects and consistently utilizes the latest technology in his approach. Cloutier brings close to 20 years of experience in surveying on projects across New England for both public and private sector clients. His skills will bolster the firm’s ability to serve clients’ survey needs through the full project lifecycle from initial planning and research, to right of way, utility and boundary survey, through final design, construction, as-built and ALTA survey. Cloutier has in-depth experience on both the public and private sectors having held senior positions at the Vermont Agency of Transportation and with private consulting firms throughout New England. He is a Licensed Land Surveyor in Vermont with a degree in Mathematics from Saint Michaels College in Essex, Vermont.
