Hainley is first woman to become a CCIM in Vermont

White + Burke is proud to announce that Stephanie T Hainley became a CCIM in October 2016. She is the fourth person and first woman to earn this designation in the State of Vermont. A CCIM is a commercial real estate professional with specific training in financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and negotiation. She joins the ranks of nearly 10,000 CCIMs nationally and in over 30 countries worldwide. Stephanie is the Chief Operating Officer and a Senior Project Manager at White + Burke. In addition to running the company day-to-day, she has managed such projects as the UVM Medical Center’s Mother-Baby unit, the Hannaford Supermarket in Bradford, and the land development planning for SP Land Company in Killington.
