VHB welcomes new associate

Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB), an integrated transportation, land development, and environmental services firm, announces Mr. Meddie (Ameddia) J. Perry as an associate. Mr. Perry displays exemplary qualities of professionalism, technical excellence, and dedication to the success of the company. He is a Senior Hydrogeologist in VHB's North Ferrisburgh, Vermont office, where he manages projects involving applied hydrology and hydrogeology. Areas of specialization include groundwater supply development and aquifer mapping; wastewater management; water quality evaluations; groundwater contamination studies; stormwater management; and surface water hydrology including flood and drought analysis, and analysis of withdrawals and hydroelectric power projects. Current or ongoing projects of note that he is working on include development of new water supply wells for Barre Town, investigation of geothermal energy for the Village of Bellows Falls and evaluations of water availability for several Vermont ski resorts' snowmaking systems. He is a Certified Ground Water Professional and actively involved with the National Groundwater Association. Mr. Perry has a bachelor's degree from St. Lawrence University and resides in Panton, Vermont (Addison County) with his wife Beth.
