Sonnax Industries Inc. has received a Worksite Wellness Award

Sonnax Industries Inc. has received a Worksite Wellness Award from the Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports.
Sonnax was one of 17 companies around the state recognized for their efforts to promote the wellness and health of their employees. Gov. Jim Douglas presented the awards at a ceremony in Montpelier on Jan. 27. He said it was important to recognize businesses that are taking a proactive approach toward creating a healthier workforce.

Tag New Media designs and develops Rossignol's 04/05 alpine product presentation

For the second straight year, Rossignol has selected Tag New Media to design and develop its alpine product presentation.
The Flash™-based 04/05 presentation introduces
Rossignol's new product segmentation, and allows for multiple presentation modes, transitions, and uses. This years' presentation was distributed on CD to dealers last month at SIA, a skiing industry trade show in Las Vegas, Nevada. A French-version of the presentation is being
planned for later this year.

Green Mountain Power Increases Quarterly Dividend

Directors of Green Mountain Power Corporation (NYSE:GMP) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share on the utility's Common Stock, payable March 31, 2004 to holders of record at the close of business on March 12, 2004. The new indicated annual dividend rate is $0.88, an increase of 16 percent over the previous indicated annual rate of $0.76.

Maura O’Dea, Associate AIA, and Penny Miller, Associate AIA recently joined Arnold & Scangas Architects in Colchester Vermont.
O’Dea is a LEED consultant and intern architect. Since earning her Master of Architecture in 2000, O’Dea has worked in the Burlington area focusing on sustainable design practices. She is secretary of the Vermont Green Building Network and has served on the Burlington Design Advisory Board.

The Howard Center for Human Services Employee Achievements

Sandra Steingard, M.D., Medical Director of The Howard Center for Human
Services, was selected by her peers to be included in Best Doctors in America
®2003-2004. Dr. Steingard has specific responsibilities for Howard’s adult
division serving individuals with mental illness and substance abuse problems.
Dr. Steingard was trained at Harvard and Tufts Universities. She is currently
Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at UVM College of Medicine and
Medical Advisor to NAMI (National Alliance for the Mentally Ill) – VT.

The Stern Center for Language and Learning has recently
expanded the staff at their Williston facility. Kim Johnson-Lesny, M.Ed.,
has joined the staff as an Educational Diagnostician. Amy Davis, M.Ed.,
and Gregory Martin, M.A. are Cinical Instructors. The Stern Center is
non-profit literacy organization with a satellite facility in White River
Junction.

Chittenden Reports Higher Earnings; Announces Quarterly Dividend

Chittenden Corporation
(NYSE: CHZ) Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Paul A. Perrault,
announced higher earnings for the year ended December 31, 2003, of $74.8
million or $2.07 per diluted share, compared to $63.6 million or $1.96 a year
ago. For the fourth quarter of 2003, net income was $0.53 per diluted share,
compared to the $0.55 per diluted share earned in the fourth quarter of 2002.
The prior quarter amount exceeded the current quarter primarily due to higher

McKernon Wins Commercial Building Award For Downtown Brandon

The McKernon Group is pleased to be honored with a 5th Annual
Excellence in Housing Award in the commercial construction category for the
company's work in revitalizing downtown Brandon's Howe Scale Block. The
award was presented to The McKernon Group by the Home Builders and
Remodelers Association of Southern Vermont at an award ceremony on January
14th.
Kevin Birchmore, co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of The
McKernon Group accepted the award, attending the event with Project Manager
