Prior to her tenure at DHMC, she was Clinical Process Manager and Quality Specialist at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and performed a variety of roles in hospice care organizations, from Nurse Manager to Director of Hospice Services. A registered nurse, Beliveau received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fitchburg State College in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, in 1995, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Rosemont College in Rosemont, Pennsylvania in 2011.

She has used her skills to exceed operational performance targets and improve clinical outcomes.”

According to Dr. Perras, the new position creates a unified role with a focus on quality and compliance issues. Beliveau’s initial tasks at MAHHC will include a hospital-wide assessment of quality and patient safety programs as the organization prepares for an upcoming Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services survey. She will work closely with A.J. Tapley, newly named Associate Director of Quality, Patient Safety, and Compliance.
