of Leadership Development!
Hosted by: Kerry Secrest, Watershed Coaching, LLC
The Great Falls Regional Chamber of Commerce is pleased to bring you this unique leadership development opportunity. Kerry Secrest is a noted leadership coach with extensive experience working with individuals and organizations. She will walk you through some of the sensitive issues facing employers and their employees. The training will focus on two areas:

BRIDGING THE GENERATION GAP
For the first time in modern history, workplace demographics now span four generations. This creates both challenges and opportunities. Research indicates that many employees say they have experienced intergenerational conflict in the workplace.

This workshop sheds light onto why generational perspectives differ and what can be done to strengthen these relationships at work. This is especially important for Vermonters, since Vermont has the second oldest population in the US, and so that gap is even bigger.

DEALING WITH DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS
Conflict is a part of everyday life, and yet it can be a source of significant stress for many people. This workshop is designed to transform how one handles conflict situations as they arise, for better outcomes both at work and at home.
