Join us for this networking event to meet and share best practices with others in the local area working on and/or managing projects. Topics will include:
- Simple solutions for making sure your project stays on track
- Brief presentation on how the project management profession can change your life
- Overview of the project management profession, resources, certifications, and scholarships
- Q&A session to address challenges that arise on your projects
Dr. Beth Ardolino is a scholar-practitioner in organizational development with a specialization in project management, a disabled US Army Veteran, and founder of Global Project Management Services, Inc.
Her professional background includes, managing IT projects and developing organizational processes with a focus in government, healthcare, infrastructure, and service management. She is a professor and instructional designer of project management, leadership, and communications courses at DePaul University and Ashford University.
Dr. Ardolino was recognized as a finalist for the PMI International Student Paper of the Year Award (ISPA), is three-time recipient of the Dr. Harold Kerzner Scholarship, a recipient of the Exelon National Award for Best Capstone Project, and has been highlighted in Projects at Work and PMI Today.
Her work closely aligns with the Project Management Institute Educational Foundation. Dr. Ardolino contributes her time as a professional advisor to college students and serves on the scholarship review committee for the Chicago Urban League.
Her passion is inspiring other people to exceed their goals for emotional, personal, profession, and academic self-efficacy.
