Montpelier Rotary Club challenges other local clubs to a golf tournament

The Montpelier Rotary Club is excited to announce the Montpelier Rotary Club Golf Challenge on Friday, October 15th, 2010. There will be a 10:00 AM Shotgun Start at The Stowe Country Club at Stowe Mountain Resort.

Through fundraising efforts, the Montpelier Rotary Club has been able to contribute thousands of dollars to annually to Central Vermont organizations, as well as humanitarian projects around the world. In addition, in the past 10 years the club has made scholarship commitments in excess of $180,000 to area high school students who exemplify the ideals of Rotary.

The Montpelier Rotary Club meets for lunch every Monday at 12:15 pm at the Capitol Plaza.
